SBM-G Phase-II Departmental Login Steps
Follow these visual instructions to log into the official SBM Phase-II departmental portal.
Step 1: Enter Departmental User ID, Password & Captcha Code
On the official SBM-G Phase-II sign-in screen, enter your assigned User Id, Password, and the 4-digit Security Code shown in the box, then click the blue Sign-In button.
Step 2: Enter Mobile OTP to Verify Code & Access Dashboard
A 6-digit one-time password (OTP) is automatically sent to the officer's registered mobile number. Enter the OTP in the verification field and click Verify Code to access the administrative dashboard.
SBM Departmental Login FAQs
1. Who is authorized to use SBM-G Phase-II Departmental Login?
This portal is restricted to authorized administrative personnel across State Swachh Bharat Mission cells, District Water and Sanitation Missions (DWSM), Block Development Officers (BDO), Block Coordinators, and Gram Panchayat Nodal Officers.
2. Why is OTP verification required after entering password?
To protect government databases and prevent unauthorized access, SBM-G Phase-II enforces mandatory Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Only the officer possessing the registered mobile SIM card can complete login verification.
3. How can an officer reset their login password or change registered mobile number?
Passwords and registered mobile numbers must be updated by the higher administrative authority. Gram Panchayat and Block users should contact their District SBM Nodal Officer or DWSM IT Cell with an official authorization letter.
4. Where should rural citizens go for ₹12,000 toilet grant applications?
Citizens must not attempt to log into this departmental portal. Rural beneficiaries can apply online and track their application on our dedicated Apply Toilet Form Online Portal.
