टोल-फ्री नंबर: 1967 अथवा 1800 1800 150 पर कॉल करके राशन वितरण, कार्ड स्थिति व दुकानदार संबंधी शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते हैं।

🆔 अनिवार्य बायोमैट्रिक ई-केवाईसी (e-KYC)

नियमित राशन प्राप्त करने के लिए परिवार के सभी सदस्यों का आधार से बायोमैट्रिक सत्यापन अनिवार्य है। यह दुकानदार के ई-पॉस (e-PoS) पर निःशुल्क होता है।

📝 नाम जुड़वाने / संशोधन हेतु

राशन कार्ड में नए सदस्य का नाम जुड़वाने, नया राशन कार्ड बनवाने अथवा सुधार हेतु अपने नजदीकी जन सेवा केंद्र (CSC) या e-District UP पोर्टल से आवेदन करें।

How to Check UP Ration Card List Online (पात्रता सूची कैसे देखें)

Follow this step-by-step guide to verify your ration card status on the official Food and Civil Supplies (FCS UP) portal.

1Open the Official Portal

Click the "Open Ration Card List" button above to access the official Food & Civil Supplies portal.

2Select Your District (जिला चुनें)

Look for your district in the alphabetical list (e.g., Agra, Varanasi, Lucknow, Prayagraj) and select your district.

3Choose Urban or Rural Area (नगरीय व ग्रामीण क्षेत्र)

On the official portal, the first table displayed at the top is for नगरीय निकाय (Town). If you reside in a village, scroll down the page to find the second table for ग्रामीण क्षेत्र to select your विकास खण्ड (Block).

4Select Gram Panchayat and Fair Price Shop

Pick your Gram Panchayat to view your local ration dealer (दुकानदार का नाम). Click on the number under your card category to view family member names.

UP Ration Card Categories & Entitlements (पात्र परिवार व अंत्योदय)

Foodgrains distributed under the National Food Security Act (NFSA) in Uttar Pradesh.

1. Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY / अंत्योदय राशन कार्ड)

  • Target Group: Poorest of the poor families, senior citizens, and vulnerable households.
  • Monthly Quota: 35 kg foodgrains per card (typically wheat and rice).
  • Cost: Free foodgrain distribution under government welfare schemes.

2. Priority Household (PHH / पात्र परिवार राशन कार्ड)

  • Target Group: Families fulfilling state income and family criteria under NFSA.
  • Monthly Quota: 5 kg foodgrains per person/unit per month.
  • Cost: Subsidized/free distribution under government food security provisions.
